### Ways to Reduce Anger: A Story.

a

Suddenly the clouds
roared in the darkness of the night. Looking at the sky, Ruhi remembered that there was a storm going on inside her. A deep anger was constantly wounding him from within. Despite many efforts, he is unable to reduce his anger. As if all the happiness and peace of his life is burning in the fire of anger.

Ruhi was a very emotional girl from childhood. Couldn't stand anything. He used to get angry whenever someone said something bad to him. When anger reached its peak, it became very difficult for him to control himself. In anger, he would say or do things that he would later regret.

Parents, friends, colleagues—everyone has explained it to him many times. But Ruhi just couldn't control her anger. While going like this one day one of his very close friends also left him. That friend was the closest person to him, whom he loved like tears. Ruhi's life was completely messed up by the passing of her friend.

From that day Ruhi decided to find a way to reduce her anger. Because he realized that because of his anger he was not only hurting himself but also the people around him.

Ruhi started taking some important steps to change her life. First he began to find the reasons for his anger. Every night he sat down to write a diary. In that diary he used to write down when and why he got angry during the day. Gradually he realized that his own misunderstandings were mostly at work behind the anger. Sometimes he gets angry about something, which is not really a big deal.

One day Ruhi decided that whenever she felt angry, she would count to 10. This method really started to help him. Counting to 10 in moments of anger helped him stay calm during those times. After the anger subsided, he would realize that there was nothing to be angry about.

Thus Ruhi found some other ways. He started yoga and meditation every morning. Meditation kept him mentally calm. Also, Ruhi started spending time in nature to reduce the negativity in her life. Whenever he was angry, he would go to the garden and spend time with the plants. The green leaves of the trees, the fragrance of the flowers, and the singing of the birds helped him get rid of his anger.

Ruhi realized that anger is actually our own emotion, which can be controlled. And reducing anger requires patience and the ability to understand one's own emotions. One day Ruhi was working in her office, suddenly a colleague came to her and left with a very rude comment. Earlier, Ruhi would have burst into anger. But this time he didn't lose his control. He counted to 10 and calmly continued his work.

After several days, the same colleague came and apologized to him. Ruhi said with a soft smile, "I didn't get angry at your words, because I don't want to hurt myself by getting angry."

This incident proved to Ruhi even more strongly that it is possible to reduce anger. You just have to control yourself.

From then on Ruhi started to see life differently. He realized that reducing anger means regaining happiness and peace in life. Now he doesn't get angry for any small thing. Instead, give yourself time in the moment of anger, to think if there is actually something to be angry about.

Ruhi reinvented herself every day. Peace returned to his life. The friends who left him came back to him. Ruhi's anger management techniques have now started teaching others too. He believes that reducing anger means making one's life more beautiful and happy.

Thus, Ruhi started a new chapter in her life by reducing her anger. Her story is an inspiration to all of us, where we can learn that anger can destroy our lives, but if we can control it, our lives will become more beautiful.
