winter morning Small village of Tipra shrouded in thick fog. A small house in a corner of the village, surrounded by various types of flower trees. But the most eye-catching is the Togar flower tree standing in front of the house. The white white flowers fade away all the grayness around.

Little girl Togar lives in this house. Togar is only ten years old, but he has a big heart. She is always smiling, mixing with everyone and trying to make the surroundings beautiful. His father, Ratan Mia, is a farmer. Mother, Malti Begum, housewife. Togar is their only child.

There is a beautiful story behind the naming of Togar. When Togar was born, his father planted a Togar tree in front of the house. That tree is now grown up, and filled with beautiful white flowers like a togar. So he was named Togar.

Every morning Togar wakes up first and goes to the Togar tree. He waters the plant, touches its flowers and smiles softly, "You're associated with my name, aren't you?".

One day Togar was returning home from school. Suddenly, a small puppy is crying on the street. He injured his leg. Togar immediately picked up the puppy and brought it home. Mother was a little annoyed at first, "Why did you bring this animal?" Togar smiled softly and said, "Mom, look at his leg. If we don't help him, who will?" Mother's heart melts. Together, they apply medicine to the puppy's legs, give food. The puppy gradually recovered and started living with Togar. The Togar named her "white", because her skin color resembles the white Togar flower.

Everyone in the village appreciates Togar's kind nature. He not only helps animals but also humans. One of his classmates, Rahul, was behind in his studies. Togar sits with Rahul every day after school. Within a few months, Rahul's results improved significantly. Rahul's parents became grateful to Togar.

One day news came in the village that a big fair would be held in the neighboring village. Togar is very excited. Ratan Mia said with a smile, "Of course I will. We will buy something for everyone."

On the day of the fair, Togar is prepared. She looks like an angel in white clothes, hair with flowers. White puppy white also goes with them. Arriving at the fair, Togar's eyes and face sparkled with joy. Various shops, food, toys—everything fills his mind.

Suddenly, Togar saw an old man sitting in a corner, some handmade items in front of him. But no one is buying them. Togar goes there and sees various beautiful wooden toys and jewelry. He picks up a beautiful wooden flute and looks at his father. Ratan Mia understands what Togar wants. He bought the flute. Tears of joy welled up in the old man's eyes.

After returning from the fair, Togar goes around the village playing the tune of that flute. Everyone is mesmerized by that tune. Togar's melody is sweet. Gradually he started playing the flute in all the village festivals. Everyone gets happy with his music, the mind becomes good.

After a few years, Togar grew up. He went to the city to study, taking a degree in music. His music is now appreciated not only in the villages but also in the cities. Togar gives joy and happiness to people through his music.

One day Togar organized a big concert in his home village. People come from all over the country to listen to his music. At the end of the concert, Togar stood on the stage and said, "The Togar I am today is because of this small village of mine, my family, and my Togar tree. From that tree I learned how to beautify the surroundings with white flowers. I want my music too.

Everyone in the village stood proudly. Their little Togar has won everyone's hearts today. The togar tree swayed in the light breeze as if praising him.

In the night sky, the full moon and the sound of Togar create a wonderful atmosphere. Togar knows that no matter how big he is, his roots are in the soil of this village. And that Togar tree will stand forever as a symbol of his life, will fascinate everyone with the beauty of white flowers.
